In exercise of the powers conferred by the section provision to sub section (1) of section 8-A of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karantaka Act 25 of 1957), the Government of Karnataka hereby exampts with immediate effect, the tax payable by a dealer under section 6-B of the said Act on the total turnover relating to sale of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).
