In exercise of the powers conferred by the section provision to sub section (1) of section 3 of the Karnataka Tax on Luxuries Act, 1979 (Karantaka Act 22 of 1979), read with section 21 of the Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899 (Karnataka Act III of 1899) the Government of Karnataka hereby rescinds notification No. FD 115 CSL 2007 (17) dated: 30.03.2007 published in Karnataka Gazette Extraordinary dated 30th March 2007 with immediate effect.
