In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Karnataka Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Karnataka Act 32 of 2004), read with Section 21 of the Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899 (Karnataka Act III of 1899), the Government of Karnataka hereby amends, with immediate effect, the Notification No. FD 197 CSL 2005(5), dated 30 th April 2005, published in Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 30th April, 2005, as following namely.-

In the said notification, in Serial Number 26, for the words “Manufacture of bricks and tiles”, shall substituted.
