| CST2007-04 | NOTIFICATION | No. FD 425 CSL 2007 Bangalore, dated: 03 December 2007 | Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary , Dt: 3.12.2007 | In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 13 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Central Sales Tax (Karnataka ) Rules, 1957 namely:- | RULES | 1. Title and commencement.- | (1) | These rules may be called the Central Sales Tax (Karnataka Amendment)Rules, 2007. | | (2) | They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazetee. |

Amendment of Form V- | | In the Central Sales Tax (Karnataka) Rules, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in FormV, in the heading of column 8, after the word “address”, the words and letters “and Registration Certificate No. /TIN “ shall be inserted. | | | In Form VI of the said rules, in the heading of column 8, after the word “address”, the words and letters “and Registration Certificate No. /TIN “ shall be inserted. |
