In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 35 of 1976), the Government of Karnataka, hereby cancels with effect from the first day of April, 2007, the Notification No. FD 1 CPT 98(1), dated 31st March, 1998.
