In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11-A of the Karnataka Tax on Entry of Goods Act, 1979 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1979),the Government of Karnataka, being of the opinion that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the tax payable under the said Act on entry of plant and machinery into the local area caused by Toyota Kirloskar Motors Limited, Bidadi Industrial Area, Bidadi, Ramanagaram District for its expansion project, for a period of three years from the first day of June, 2009 to thirty-first day of May, 2012 subject to the restrictions and conditions specified in Government Order No. CI 432 SPI 2005, dated 12th June, 2009.
