In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2-B of the Karnataka Entertainments Tax Act, 1958 read with Rule 3(g) of the Karnataka Entertainments Tax Rules, 1959, it is hereby notified that the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Enforcement-I), South Zone, Bangalore shall be the Entertainments Tax Officer under the said Act in the case of Sun Direct TV Private Limited C/o. Udaya TV, No. 16-A, 3rd Floor, Maratha Bhavan, Thimmiah Road, Bangalore- 560 052 for the assessment periods from December 2008 to March 2010.
